Damaged items

We are sorry if there is something wrong with your order. The good news is that damaged items can be returned. Pack the item carefully, include the invoice, apply the shipping label, and send the item back. You must return the item within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will arrange to have the damaged item returned to the Store and either replace the product or refund the price to you.  Damaged goods must be returned to us in the condition received by you with all original packaging.
